Gabriel Horn

Gabriel Horn has worked in the entertainment industry for over twenty years acting, writing, producing and directing film, television, and commercial media projects.

As former Development Director for Trifecta Entertainment, Gabriel created, developed and produced numerous scripted and non-scripted television program proposals for network and studio presentation. Evaluated pop culture and media trends, wrote, produced, directed, shot, and edited original ‘Sizzle Reels’ and pilots and coordinated pitch meetings with buyers, broadcasters, agencies and executives. His dedicated creativity quickly helped establish an excellent reputation with various agents, networks, production companies, and distributors for being able to produce high quality content on a limited budget.

Previously, Gabriel produced and starred in Tom Huckabeeʼs Award-winning feature film, Carried Away. More recently, Gabriel created, wrote, produced, and co-directed twenty half-hour episodes of the original Paranormal Comedy “Reality” television series, Ghostbreakers, which now airs nationwide on Tubi and The Family Channel.

Upcoming productions include Greatest Prison Escapes with global player Starlings Entertainment, a true crime docuseries for which he serves as Co-Creator and Co- Executive Producer, with separate duties as Host and Producer for Catchlight Studios’ major true crime podcast and docuseries The Gallerist, a 2022 co- production with Amazon and Wondery.

In 2020, Gabriel Co-Founded BIG BEAR FILM SUMMIT, an annual festival and industry conference, which works to encourage artistic production in and around Big Bear Lake, California, while celebrating cinema and music through film screenings, concerts, workshops and educational programs.

His feature documentary, Picasso’s Christ, about authenticating an uncatalogued drawing of Christ by Picasso from 1906, led him deep into the underbelly of the art world, where he remains to this day.
